This beautiful gloss cherry big liner revisits an older setup of mine, combining heavy 0.56mm wire with 3/8" coil cores to create, for lack of better words, RAW POWER!
I used to make these coils a lot a few years back and love the way they run. Brutish, constant power but smooth and steady... It's a beautiful balance.
This one is on the slower side 105-108hz loaded but with a punchy hit and consistent drive that will keep those bold liners moving all day long. It should happily drive up to an 18rl.
The frame is an older sideplate from my boy Ben Rorke modded to fit one of my bulldog bases.
The machine features a classic look with gloss cherry powder coat, brass bits and cloth tape coil wraps. It also sports my super trusty guillotine vice for clamping on ALL your tubes, steel and disposable.
